1. Copyright

1.1. The copyright symbol © on the pages of the online store "barcodes24.eu" means that copyright applies to all pages. This applies to graphics, texts, and all other content. According to international copyright law, all copyrights are protected regardless of whether a copyright protection mark is present.

2. Ordering

2.1. To order a product, click the ADD TO CART button next to the item you are viewing. Then click CART – this will lead you to your ordered items. If you are a new buyer, you will be asked to enter information about yourself. You will complete our ultra-fast registration page easily and without spending much time. Then continue the order transaction on the payment pages.

3. Product Prices, Payment Procedure and Terms

3.1. All prices are indicated in euros. The Seller is not responsible for the currency exchange rate or its changes implemented by the Buyer's local bank during the conversion of euros into the Buyer's local currency.

3.2. Payments are managed through "paysera.com" and via bank transfer to the SWEDBANK company account. "Paysera.com" processes a wide variety of business payments every day safely and quickly.

3.3. If the order is not paid within 4 hours, the order is cancelled.

4. Delivery Methods and Terms

4.1. All goods will be delivered by Venipak system couriers to the delivery address specified by the Buyer.

4.2. Delivery time is the next working day after dispatch. The Buyer will receive an order confirmation via email. Goods are delivered on all working days from Monday to Friday (except public holidays), delivery time is from 08:00 to 17:00. If delivery to the address specified by the Buyer is unsuccessful, the package will be returned to the Seller's Logistics Center (the seller does not refund the delivery fee).

4.3. The Buyer understands and agrees that in exceptional cases, delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the Seller's control. In such a case, the Seller undertakes to contact the Buyer immediately and coordinate delivery issues.

4.4. In all cases, the Seller is released from liability for violation of the recommended delivery terms, as well as if the goods are not delivered to the Buyer or are delivered late due to the Buyer's fault or circumstances depending on the Buyer.

4.5. During the delivery of the goods, the Buyer must check the condition of the shipment together with the Seller or its authorized representative. The delivery-acceptance document confirms that the shipment was delivered in proper condition.

4.6. When the Buyer, based on these Rules, withdraws from the purchase-sale agreement (if the product has no defects and was not damaged during transportation), they must cover all direct costs of returning the goods to the Seller. The amount of these Seller's expenses is deducted from the money to be returned to the Buyer for the product(s). If the deducted amount does not cover the Seller's full claim, i.e., the return costs incurred by the Seller exceed the value of the returned item(s), the Buyer undertakes to pay the remaining amount to the Seller within 14 days.

5. Product Quality Guarantee

5.1. Next to each product sold on "barcodes24.eu" is its description, which specifies the properties of that product.

5.2. The Buyer understands that the products in the online store may not fully correspond to the real size, shape, and color due to the characteristics of the monitor used by the Buyer, therefore the Seller is not responsible for discrepancies.

6. Returns and Exchanges

6.1. A Buyer who returns an unused product within 14 days of payment receives a full refund. The money for the product is returned to the Buyer's account within 7–14 days from the time the returned product reaches the Seller. Buyers are not responsible for return shipping costs only if/when the product has a defect. Please return the item in its original packaging. The product must be:

6.1.1. undamaged by the buyer;

6.1.2. without loss of commercial appearance (not soiled, labels intact, other markings undamaged, etc.);

6.1.3. returned in the same configuration as received by the Buyer.

6.2. The Seller has the right not to accept returned goods if the Buyer does not comply with the return procedure set out in this article.

6.3. The Buyer can deliver returned goods themselves to the address specified in the contacts.

6.4. In the event that a product is returned without a reason, in the absence of defects, when the Buyer exercises the Buyer's right to withdraw from the purchase-sale agreement within 14 working days from the delivery of the goods or the placement of the order, the Buyer bears the return costs.

6.5. The right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 (fourteen) days without giving a reason does not apply to legal entities (businesses).
